Our recommended approach starts with the whole family getting aligned around a long-term vision before moving on to supporting the success of the diversified business itself. The families who work through both stages consistently achieve stronger, more sustainable outcomes.
That said, both stages are available independently. If your family governance is already well established, we can work directly on the diversified business, and if you’re not yet focused on a specific project, Stage 1 alone is a powerful starting point.
